We recommend regular backups and offer data backup services separately. Our technicians follow strict protocols to maintain data confidentiality during repair processes.


6. Repair Timeframes and Communication

We provide estimated completion times based on repair complexity and parts availability. Most standard repairs are completed within 2-3 working days, though complex issues may require longer.

We maintain communication throughout the repair process, notifying you of any unexpected delays or additional issues discovered during repair.


7. Parts and Component Quality

Payment is due upon collection of repaired devices. We accept various payment methods including cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Deposits may be required for expensive parts ordering.

Storage fees may apply for devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after repair completion notification. Unclaimed devices may be disposed of after 90 days.


11. Liability and Service Limitations

We provide professional repair services through qualified technicians, but cannot guarantee against future unrelated faults or normal device wear and tear. Our liability is limited to the repair value provided.

While we exercise care with all devices, we recommend maintaining appropriate device insurance for protection beyond our service scope.


12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Repair services may be cancelled before work commences without charge. Once repair has begun, cancellation may incur charges for parts ordered and labour time invested.

Refunds for completed work are considered based on service quality and compliance with agreed specifications. Non-refundable parts costs are clearly identified during quotation.


13. Dispute Resolution
